CANCELLATION
Cancellation of order must be made within 12 hours of order for full refund. Cancellation of order placed after 12 hours will incur a restocking fee of 25% of the total cost.
REFUND & RETURNS
Return refunds are excepted on all products that are not customized and handmade to order. All products must be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving. The purchaser must incur the cost of the return postage.
EXCHANGE - Product exchange of different color or size and same cost must be requested within 24 hours of order. Exchanges will not be allowed after 24 hours of order placement.
REPLACEMENT - We will replace any item(s) that arrived broken due to shipping. Photos must be taken and timestamped immediately upon receipt of damaged item so that we can process a claim against the shipping company.
