CANCELLATION
Cancellation of order must be made within 12 hours of order for full refund. Cancellation of order placed after 12 hours could incur a restocking fee of 25% of the total rental cost (up to 72 hours of order). No refund for cancellation after 72 hours or up to 7 days prior to event date.
